These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sim Caddie, the golf-simulator booking platform operated by Limacon Consulting and used by venues such as Atlanta Golf & Social (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Service.
Bookings, memberships & payments
- Bookings are subject to availability and each venue’s booking, cancellation, and no-show policies.
- Membership benefits, included hours, and pricing are as described in your membership and may change with notice.
- You are responsible for any fees associated with your bookings, memberships, and lessons.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive account and transactional text messages from the venue via Sim Caddie, including booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and waitlist alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or posting unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limacon Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
